Changes to Orders 

If you contact us to change an order in a timely manner, we will make every effort to due so if your order has not already been processed or shipped. Many times, this is very simple, and we will be able to remove an item, and add a different item very simply. If it is an even swap, you will receive an email notification that it was changed. If you are asking to add something or remove something, you would either receive a bill or refund for that change, as well as an email indicating the change. 

Sometimes, an order will already be processed and dropped at the Post Office or picked up by UPS before you receive a shipping notification, as we schedule those emails to go out once your package is truly on the way to you. Please keep in mind that your order may have already been shipped, even if you have not yet been notified and we would not be able to cancel it in this case. We will do everything we can to make a change to your order if we can.

 

Exchanges or Returns

Due to the nature of delicate paper products, and the need for them to be packaged and shipped with specific care and packaging to avoid damage, we do not accept returns and exchanges on any items. We take pride in the packaging and presentation of all of our items, and ensure it arrives to you in the most perfect condition. This includes subscription boxes, washi tape, planners, notepads, paperclips, and other items.

We take the most care in making sure we send out the correct products, and only in perfect condition, but sometimes mistakes can be made, although not often. In the case of damage or error in your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible and we will of course help you right away to fix this issue. 

We make every effort to depict the color, size and quality of our products in our product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. We encourage you to read the descriptions thoroughly to make sure the item you are looking at will work for you before purchasing.  

 

Cancellations 

If you contact us to cancel an order in a timely manner, we will make every effort to due so if your order has not already been processed or shipped. An order will not be canceled after it has shipped out. 

Subscription automatic billing must be canceled BEFORE a charge goes through. We will not refund charges that went through, only cancel upcoming charges. Please make sure to cancel before your automatic charge goes through if you wish to cancel that month.
